Pork
Tenderloin Marinade:
¼ cup soy
sauce 1
clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoons dry red wine ½
teaspoon cinnamon powder
1
tablespoon honey 1
green onion, minced
1
tablespoon brown sugar 1 lean pork tenderloins
Mix
together the first seven ingredients.
Pour into a large plastic bag or
airtight
container. Add tenderloins and marinate
2 to 24 hours. (The longer
the
better!) Remove tenderloins and tie them together if they are small, to
prevent
the ends from drying out.
Cook on the
grill for 40 to 60 minutes depending on the size of your tenderloins
Baste them
every 15 minutes with the marinade.
Tenderloins may be baked in
the oven
for 40 minutes at 375°F if preferred.
Again, baste them every 15 minutes.
Slice into
thin medallions to serve. (Pork loins
may be used instead of tenderloins
if the
marinade is doubled.)
