Mike’s Vidalia Onion Pie
1 9” pie shell
2 large, sliced Vidalia
onions
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
¼ tsp. salt and ½ tsp. pepper
grated cheese
Sauté
onions in butter and set aside.
Mix eggs, sour cream, salt
and pepper.
Add onions.
Pour mixture into an unbaked
pie shell.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes
then lower to 325°
and bake for another 20 minutes.
