Marie’s
Pumpkin Pie
1 9” deep
dish pie shell
1 16 oz.
can pumpkin
2 eggs
slightly beaten
¾ cup sugar
1 ¾ tsps. pumpkin pie spice
(or 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp. ground ginger, ¼ tsp.
ground cloves)
1 12 oz.
can evaporated milk
Beat eggs
slightly in large mixing bowl.
Add pumpkin
to eggs and mix well.
Add dry
ingredients gradually and mix well.
Pour into
pie shell.
Bake at 425
for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat
to 350 and bake 40-5- minutes, until knife
inserted in
middle comes out clean.
Cool
completely and serve with whipped topping.
