GUACAMOLE Recipe

Southern Living, July 2002

 

4 ripe avocado                                                  

¼ cup chopped sweet onion

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro                             

1 small garlic clove, minced

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice             

2 tablespoons Half & Half

¾ teaspoons salt                                              

garnish:  avocado wedges

 

Scoop pulp and mash with potato masher or fork until chunky.

Stir in remaining ingredients.
