Grasshopper Pie
20 crushed
Oreo cookies
3 Tbsp
butter
24 large
marshmallows
2/3 cup
milk
¼ cup crème
de menthe
2 Tbsp
white crème de cacao
1 cup heavy
cream – whipped
Mix butter
and Oreo crumbs and press into the sides and bottom of a 9” pie pan.
Combine
milk and marshmallows and heat on low until melted. Cool.
Stir both
liqueurs into the marshmallow mixture and chill until partially thickened.
Fold in
whipped cream and pour into pie shell.
Chill
several hours.
